Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the MTCP Scholarship, applicants must:

• Nationality: Be citizens of MTCP recipient countries.
• Age: Not exceed 45 years at the time of application.
• Academic Qualifications: Hold a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.5 or equivalent.
• English Proficiency: Achieve a minimum IELTS score of 6.0 or TOEFL iBT score of 60, or have completed previous degrees with English as the medium of instruction.
• Health: Be in good health, certified by a medical report.
• Admission: Obtain admission to a Malaysian public university before applying for the scholarship.
