Financial Benefits

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the MTCP Scholarship, applicants must:
- Nationality: Be citizens of MTCP recipient countries.
- Age: Not exceed 45 years at the time of application.
- Academic Qualifications: Hold a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.5 or equivalent.
- English Proficiency: Achieve a minimum IELTS score of 6.0 or TOEFL iBT score of 60, or have completed previous degrees with English as the medium of instruction.
- Health: Be in good health, certified by a medical report.
- Admission: Obtain admission to a Malaysian public university before applying for the scholarship.
